A: Absolutely! Our MyStyled Wigs and Glueless Wigs are beginner-friendly — no stylist needed.
Each MyStyled order includes a step-by-step install card to guide you through every step. You can shop lace glue, melt bands, caps, bonnets, and more in our MyStyle Essentials section to help you install and maintain your wig with confidence
Q: What’s the difference between MyStyle Base, MyStyled, and Glueless Wigs?
- MyStyle Base Wigs – Premade and uncustomised. No bleach, no pluck, no styling.
- MyStyled Wigs – Styled by us: bleached, plucked and ready to wear.
- Glueless Wigs – Secure-fit wigs designed to wear without glue. Many MyStyled wigs are also glueless — check the product info.

Q: Do the wigs come pre-styled?
Only our MyStyled Wigs are pre-customised in-house — bleached, plucked and styled. They also include a step-by-step install card. Glueless wigs can come pre-styled too. Our MyStyle Base Wigs are untouched — perfect for your stylist or DIY installs.
Q: Are your wigs glueless?
Yes! Our Glueless Collection features wigs with adjustable bands and secure fit. Check each product description for glueless features.
Q: Can I wash or restyle the wig?
Yes, Sweetie! All of our wigs are 100% human hair, so you can wash, curl, straighten, or dye them — just treat them with love
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wigs that have been worn, altered, or tried on.
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, quality issue), contact
support@mystylewigsuk.com within 3 days of delivery.
Q: Do you offer custom orders?
We don’t offer fully custom wigs as a standard option — But our MyStyled Collection features a range of trending, pre-customised looks — and we update stock often! However, exceptions can be made If you have a specific request or want to collaborate on a custom unit, email us at: colabs@mystylewigsuk.com and we’ll see what we can do

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email support@mystylewigsuk.comwithin 1 hour of ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: How long does shipping take?
UK Orders (In-Stock):
- Orders placed before 5PM (Mon–Fri) ship with next working day delivery • Standard shipping (3–5 working days) also available
- Orders over £300 qualify for free shipping
UK Orders (Out of Stock):
- Out-of-stock items: allow 6–10 working days to process
- MyStyled Wigs: may take up to 16 working days before dispatch
International Orders (In-Stock):
- Allow up to 2 working days for processing
- Delivery may take up to 10 working days after dispatch
International Orders (Out of Stock):
- Out-of-stock or MyStyled orders may take up to 14 working days to prepare and ship
